WRISTBAND WAITLIST NOTICE

1. PRELIMINARY

1.1 This Waitlist Notice describes the basis on which Wristband collects your email address through the waitlist signup at trywristband.com (Waitlist).

1.2 By submitting your email to the Waitlist, you agree to the matters described in this Notice.

1.3 This Notice is published by the partnership of Michael Myers and Daniel Cartagena trading as Wristband (Wristband, we, us or our). It operates alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO

2.1 By submitting your email to the Waitlist, you agree that we may:

(a) send you email at the address you have provided in connection with the launch of Wristband and the contributor portal at trywristband.com/build;
(b) send you a small number of pre-launch updates (no more than approximately one email per quarter) about the development of Wristband, the opening of the contributor portal, and the Wristband Pro subscription;
(c) from time to time invite you to participate in early-access programmes, including beta access to the contributor portal before public open, on the basis described in clause 4.

2.2 We will not use your email address for any purpose other than those described in clause 2.1 without your further consent.

3. CONFIRMATION AND UNSUBSCRIBE

3.1 When you submit your email to the Waitlist, we will send a confirmation email asking you to verify the address. Until you click the confirmation link, your address is held in an unconfirmed state and we will not send you any further communications.

3.2 You may unsubscribe from the Waitlist at any time by:

(a) clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you; or
(b) emailing privacy@trywristband.com with the words "unsubscribe waitlist" in the subject line.

3.3 On unsubscribe, we will:

(a) stop sending you Waitlist communications; and
(b) delete your email address from the Waitlist within 14 days, except to the extent we are required to retain a record of the unsubscribe request itself.

4. EARLY ACCESS

4.1 From time to time, we may invite Waitlist subscribers to participate in early-access programmes, including:

(a) beta access to the contributor portal at trywristband.com/build before it opens to the public;
(b) early access to the launched Wristband application;
(c) limited offers relating to Wristband Pro subscription.

4.2 Early access is offered at our discretion. Joining the Waitlist does not entitle you to any particular early-access opportunity, and we may decline to offer early access for any reason.

4.3 Acceptance of any early-access invitation may require you to agree to additional terms specific to that programme, including the Contributor Terms in the case of contributor portal access.

5. PRIVACY

5.1 We collect, hold, use and disclose your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at trywristband.com/privacy.

5.2 In particular, you should note that:

(a) your email address is held on database infrastructure operated by Supabase (located in Sydney, Australia, with administrative access by personnel in the United States);
(b) we use Resend, a United States-based service, to deliver Waitlist communications;
(c) by joining the Waitlist, you consent to those overseas disclosures on the basis described in clauses 6 and 8 of the Privacy Policy.

6. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DOCUMENTS

6.1 This Notice is not the same as a Wristband contributor account. Joining the Waitlist:

(a) does not create a contributor account at trywristband.com/build;
(b) does not give you any rights or obligations under the Contributor Terms; and
(c) does not enrol you in the Pro Credit programme described in the Contributor Terms.

6.2 If you wish to participate in the contributor portal, you will be invited to create a contributor account separately, at which point you will be asked to read and agree to the Contributor Terms and the Privacy Policy.

7. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

7.1 We may amend this Notice from time to time. The current version is published at trywristband.com/waitlist-notice.

7.2 If we make material changes affecting your rights, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to unsubscribe before the changes take effect.

8.1 This Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
